About the role

As a Property Specialist at Ortigas Land, you will drive high-value residential and commercial sales by acquiring premium clients, providing tailored investment advisory, and delivering end-to-end relationship management. Based at our headquarters in Estancia Offices/Malls, you will represent a 95-year legacy of premier urban developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients through targeted sales strategies across residential, commercial, and land developments.
• Portfolio & Investment Advisory: Advise clients on property inventory, yield projections, and market trends through professional presentations and site tours tailored to their investment goals.
• Relationship & Account Stewardship: Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through post-sale support, referral management, and up-to-date knowledge of luxury market trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in high-value real estate sales, financial advisory, or luxury retail.
• Strong network of high-net-worth individuals or corporate decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field; PRC Accredited Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license is a strong advantage.
