Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cebu for a Property Specialist. The role involves handling sales for residential properties, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, assisting clients with property inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales transactions. Additionally, the Property Specialist will be expected to contribute to the achievement of sales targets and maintain knowledge about the market trends and property offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage, present, and provide excellent client support
• Experience in residential real estate, with knowledge of property sales processes and market dynamics
• Proven skills in sales with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and professional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Cebu real estate market is an advantage
