Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Makati City. The Property Specialist will manage day-to-day tasks including identifying potential clients, showcasing residential and commercial real estate properties, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also involve building client relationships, negotiating sales, and maintaining a strong knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions. The role requires working collaboratively to meet sales targets and uphold the company's standards of service excellence.
