Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, focused on marketing and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, and providing detailed information on project features, pricing, and payment terms. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and guiding buyers through the reservation and documentation process. The Property Specialist also coordinates with internal teams on sales updates, participates in events and open houses, and keeps informed about market trends and competing developments to effectively position Ayala Land Premier projects.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and through digital channels.
• Professional knowledge of real estate concepts, property valuation basics, and market trends.
• Ability to organize events, conduct site tours, and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, luxury goods, or high-value services is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Metro Manila, including evenings or weekends as business needs require.
• Proficiency with common office and CRM software for tracking leads, reports, and client information.
