Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Rosa City for a Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's residential and commercial real estate offerings. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, providing property consultations, and assisting clients throughout the property purchasing process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with an understanding of the property market and trends
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or a sales-oriented role is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Santa Rosa City
