Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time role involves promoting and selling Avida and Amaia residential and commercial properties, conducting site presentations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process. The Property Specialist responds to inquiries, schedules and attends property viewings, and provides updated information on project features, pricing, and financing options. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and after-sales support, and meeting sales targets through both fieldwork and office-based activities. The Property Specialist also participates in marketing events, property fairs, and company-led campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects and support clients throughout the buying process.
Sales skills with a proven ability or strong potential to meet sales targets and convert leads into successful transactions.
knowledge or aptitude in Residential Real Estate, with interest in learning Avida's specific projects, locations, and property offerings.
Completed atleast 72 units in college
Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, banking, or property brokerage is an advantage but not strictly required for highly motivated applicants.
