Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Tanza. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and guiding them through the property acquisition process. Key responsibilities include promoting residential and commercial real estate properties, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of the team.

- Knowledge or experience in commercial and residential real estate markets.

- Background in real estate sales and transactions is a plus.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is advantageous.
