This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist, based in Taguig with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Property Specialist will be tasked with engaging clients to provide superior customer service and ensuring satisfaction in real estate transactions. The role will also involve managing both residential and commercial real estate portfolios, generating sales, and building positive client relationships. Collaborating with internal teams and staying informed about industry trends will be integral to the position.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on building relationships and meeting client needs.
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, including market trends and property assessments.
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a real estate context.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and clients.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are a strong advantage.
