Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Makati for a Property Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to potential clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective buyers, building strong client relationships, providing property consultations, conducting site visits, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close property deals
• Ability to understand and present technical and financial aspects of property offerings
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends
• Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati and flexibility to attend client needs and site visits
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in real estate or property sales is advantageous but not required
