Job Description
Job Summary
PROMAX, a subsidiary company of Filinvest Land, Inc., is looking for driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing sales team in General Santos City. As a Property Sales Specialist, you will help clients find the right real estate investment while providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through referrals, digital platforms, networking, and other sales initiatives.
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client consultations.
Understand clients needs and recommend suitable residential and investment properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Guide clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to reservation and documentation.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in marketing campaigns, property launches, open houses, and other promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of client requirements.
Stay updated on project developments, pricing, financing options, and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not required.
Experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, automotive, or related industries is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship building.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and attend client meetings.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media selling is an advantage.
Must be based in or willing to work in General Santos City.
