Property Sales Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for selling the Bank's acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker network
• Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions
• Arrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokers
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers documentary requirements
• Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course
• At least 3 years of work experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm
• Willing to do fieldwork and site trippings with buyers and brokers
• With an existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network
• Has a strong and established broker network (individuals and firms)
• Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati or Ortigas
