Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Property Sales & Leasing Manager. The Property Sales & Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing and sales operations, administer sales and lease agreements, plan and execute business strategies, manage commercial properties, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include client relationship management, property inspections, market research and analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A real estate broker's license or relevant certification is a strong advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 25 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing/sales targets and managing multiple property transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and local property laws.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate listing platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
