Property Manager - US Residential

Full-time | Remote | 10am–7pm US Eastern

You must have prior property management experience supporting US-based residential properties. Onsite in the US or remote support for a US company both count. Non-US property experience alone does not.

Manages residential rentals in Ohio, California, Texas and Florida. You will be the person our residents call and the person our contractors report to.

What you will do

• Run renovations and turns: scope, budget, timeline, completion.
• Review contractor bids and photos. Catch missing items and inflated pricing before we pay.
• Source, vet, and manage local contractors. Replace the ones who underperform.
• Handle residents: maintenance requests, access coordination, late rent, complaints.
• Support leasing, renewals, and rent collection.
• Send a weekly report on occupancy, open work orders, active turns, and delinquencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years in US residential property management.
• Direct experience with renovations, turns, or major repairs.
• English strong enough that residents and contractors notice no barrier. You are on the phone daily.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing basics.
• Property management software experience.
• Home office: high-speed internet, backup internet, backup power, headset.
