Property Manager

The Role
We are looking for a Property Manager with a systems-first mindset. You will be the point person for a sophisticated building complex, ensuring that both the tenant experience and the heavy machinery behind the scenes are running at peak performance.
This isn't just about collecting rent—it's about technical oversight, vendor management, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Master the Machinery: Provide expert oversight of large-scale MEP systems, specifically Cooling Towers, Chillers, and HVAC infrastructure.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary face of the building, fostering strong relationships with commercial tenants and responding to needs with urgency.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily building operations, from security and janitorial services to complex preventative maintenance schedules.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, service contracts, and CAPEX projects to ensure the asset's value is protected and enhanced.
- Vendor Management: Lead third-party contractors, ensuring high-quality work and strict adherence to safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing commercial buildings or large-scale complexes.
- Technical Literacy: You must have direct experience overseeing Big Machineries. If you can talk shop about chiller cycles and cooling tower water treatment, you're our ideal candidate.
- Urgency: We need someone who is available to start immediately.
- Problem Solver: You don't just report problems; you find the most efficient way to fix them before the tenants even notice.
- Communication: Sharp professional communication skills for board reporting and tenant interfacing.
