Property Manager Support (AU Residential Real Estate – NSW)

Remote | Full-Time | Work From Home | Australian Real Estate Experience Required

AU Residential Real Estate (NSW) Experience Is Mandatory

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP40000) – preferred

About The Role

OutsourcedIn is partnering with a leading Sydney-based property management agency to hire an experienced Property Manager Support professional to join their growing remote team.

This is a fully remote, home-based role supporting a NSW residential portfolio. There is no fieldwork involved — on-the-ground staff handle inspections and site visits. Your focus will be on end-to-end property management support, tenant and landlord communication, compliance, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Landlord Support

  • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage rental applications, lease preparation, and renewals
  • Process maintenance requests and coordinate with trades and service providers
  • Monitor rental payments, arrears, and issue rent reminders
  • Maintain accurate tenant and owner records in property management systems

Leasing & Marketing Support


  • Create and manage property listings on platforms such as realestate.com.au and Domain
  • Assist with advertising, photography coordination, and listing updates
  • Respond to rental enquiries and support inspection scheduling
  • Prepare and maintain listing and marketing materials

Administrative & Financial Support


  • Manage inboxes and calendars for the property management team
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and condition reports
  • Track key dates including lease expiries, inspections, and renewals
  • Assist with arrears tracking, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation

Compliance & Reporting


  • Ensure documentation complies with NSW tenancy legislation
  • Monitor compliance requirements (smoke alarms, insurance, pool certificates, etc.)
  • Generate reports on arrears, renewals, maintenance, and inspections

About You


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Australian residential property management (NSW)
  • Strong working knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and processes
  • Experience using property management CRMs such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Console Cloud (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
