Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably, Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or related field)
- Has at least 5 years of working experience as a Property Manager (Preferably with experience in handling Residential properties)
- Expert in report writings
- Background experience in managing a start-up property
- With good overall presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
