Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and timely renewal of permits, licenses and service agreements directly related to the managed property.
Formulate and ensure the strict implementation of the property security plan, while maintaining due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management, workers and visitors of the property.
Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
Develop an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the property, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and the savings and current account balances of the funds of the property
Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.
Qualifications
Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Building/Property Management course
5+ years of experience as a Property Manager preferably in Residential developments (Condominiums)
Detail-oriented and Strong customer engagement skill
