Role Description

Reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with a Property Management Consultant to oversee daily operations, administration, and maintenance of the village. Ensures a safe, well-maintained, and harmonious community while serving as the primary contact for residents, staff, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage village staff, service providers, and daily operations in coordination with the Board and Property Management Consultant.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of all common areas.
• Address resident concerns and promote community engagement.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and compliance with community policies and regulations.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the HOA Board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Ad., Property Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in community or property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and management systems.
• Able to work on-site
