Job Description

Secure acquired lots by managing the temporary fencing of the property boundary.
Coordinate with contractors to proceed with the implementation of temporary fencing.
Outsource caretakers that will be assigned to the area before the designation of security guards.
Conduct an ocular inspection of raw land properties.
Must have bachelor's degree in business-related course.
With good communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
Willing to do fieldwork or site visits.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City, near SM Fairview.
