Role Description The Property Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, facility maintenance coordination, and ensuring that commercial spaces and warehouses remain safe, functional, and presentable. The role involves managing lease documentation, monitoring compliance with lease terms, and supporting rent collection and billing processes. The Property Management Specialist will respond to tenant inquiries, coordinate with service providers, and support property inspections to maintain high standards. The role may also assist in showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing input on ways to enhance property value and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Solid Property Management experience, including day-to-day operations oversight and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Lease Administration skills, including handling lease documentation, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
- Sales ability to support tenant acquisition, property viewings, and promotion of available spaces.
- Relevant experience in commercial property or real estate management preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and manage multiple properties or tasks concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with office software and property management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
