Job Title: Property Management Operation Assistant
Location: Makati City
Job-type: Probationary (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday [9AM - 6PM]
Job Summary
Will support the PM (Property Management) Operations team by handling key administrative and operational tasks to keep property operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for documentation, billing followups, utility payments, property inspections, and record keeping. This role helps ensure properties are billed, maintained, and accounted for properly so the company can deliver good service and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Ensure all bills for properties are collected on time
- Prepare and process payments for utilities (electricity, water, property dues, etc.)
- Conduct unit checks of properties regularly
- Upload official receipts into the system accurately
- Perform other assigned tasks as required
Qualifications / MustHaves
- Bachelors degree (4year course), preferably in Office Administration
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
