About the Role
We are seeking a Property Management Associate to support day-to-day property operations with a strong focus on tenant communication, accounts receivable follow-up, insurance tracking, and administrative coordination. The role is primarily tenant-facing and ensures accurate records, timely collections follow-up, and smooth coordination between tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tenant ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts.
- Contact tenants regarding payment status and resolve billing-related inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in tenant ledger activity.
- Support collections efforts and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up.
- Process invoices and assist with daily property management operations.
- Maintain tenant sales reports and administrative records.
- Manage tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Yardi and other property management systems.
- Track tenant accounts, documentation, and ledger updates for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support tenant relationship management and handle general account-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.
Screening Criteria
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management, tenant services, lease administration, accounts receivable, or related support roles.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Must have a stable employment history.

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
- Professional, consistent, and persistent follow-up skills with tenants and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in tenant account follow-up or collections is highly valued.
- Background in accounts receivable, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Commercial property management experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with lease administration and insurance certificate tracking (COIs) is a plus.
