Job Description
Leasing & Commercial Strategy
- Implement leasing plans and scout for a variety of potential tenants that are suitable for the properties and commercial spaces for lease.
- Manage leasing documents and support marketing initiatives for establishment promotions.
Property Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with third-party service providers such as security agencies and cleaning firms.
- Supervise the overall maintenance of facilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Tenant Relations & Billing
- Handle the collection of fees and professionally address delinquencies as well as other tenant concerns.
- Oversee fit-out constructions to ensure proper compliance with establishment design and safety guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Must have at least of 35 years of experience in Property Management or Leasing, preferably within a Retail Mall or Commercial Center setting in the Philippines.
- Must have high attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City and willing to do field work.
