Job Description
The Property Maintenance personnel is responsible for ensuring that all common areas, building exteriors, parking lots, and facilities are clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role performs routine inspections of the property, identifies maintenance issues, and carries out or coordinates repairs related to lighting, plumbing, minor electrical systems, signage, doors, roofing leaks, sidewalks, and exterior structures. The position also includes maintaining cleanliness in parking areas, walkways, and waste disposal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and tenants.
