Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certification in asset management (e.g., CPA, CMA) may be preferred
- with at least one year experience in Property and Fixed Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in relation to fixed assets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related accounting system.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies in records or processes.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, as the role often requires working with various departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
