Property Engineer

Job description:

• Ensure that all building equipment are operating at their specified operating hours.
• Assist all technical personnel on the specification of all equipment and maintenance programs.
• Oversee the implementation of technical personnel's activities and equipment service providers maintenance programs.
• Facilitate and implement all maintenance contract and agreement for all critical equipment.
• Provide sufficient stocks for all repairs and maintenance materials and implement stock card system for proper documentation.
• Monitor & record all utilities consumption (electricity, water and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with the approved budget.
• Implement the Energy Management Plan for coordination with the building representatives as well as the contractual technical personnel. .
• Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
• Take part in the testing and commissioning of all equipment and machineries in accordance with the proper T&C procedures.
• Conduct regular inspection of resident fit-out units. Monitor compliance with the approved fit-out guidelines and approved plans.
• Ensure submission of relevant permits and insurance pertaining to unit renovation.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Preferably with at least 2 years working experience as a Building/ Property or Facilities Engineer in residential properties or office buildings.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City or Lapu-Lapu.
