Job Description
Manages the complete lifecycle of active property damage claims from filing through settlement, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, repair shops, and rental car companies.
Core Responsibilities
File first-party and third-party property damage claims with insurance carriers on behalf of licensed insurance counselor
Coordinate rental car arrangements with enterprise partners and insurance companies
Obtain regular status updates from insurance adjusters via phone and email
Provide proactive client communication on claim progress, timelines, and next steps
Identify required documentation (police reports, estimates, photos, proof of ownership)
Follow up with clients to obtain missing paperwork
Draft correspondence for U.S.-based insurance counselor review and signature
Submit supporting documentation to insurance carriers (appraisals, repair estimates, invoices)
Track repair progress with body shops and communicate updates to clients
Update claim notes and status in HubSpot daily
Notify billing team when settlements are received for final invoicing
Qualifications
1-2 years in claims management, insurance operations, or client account management
Experience with auto property damage claims mandatory
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage 50 active claims simultaneously
Persistent follow-through on outstanding items across multiple parties
Professional phone manner when dealing with adjusters, clients, and vendors
Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and document management
Comfortable navigating insurance carrier portals and claim systems
