Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant at SMDC Heights. The position requires candidates to work both on-site in Pasay and remotely as needed. The Property Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing expert advice regarding properties, assisting in property sales, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks also include conducting property viewings and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their real estate journey.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients effectively within the property market
  • Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain rapport with clients
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented approach with an ability to thrive in hybrid working environments
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and trends is advantageous
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
