Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on property purchases and investment opportunities.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, presentations, and promotional outreach.
• Conduct client consultations to assess property needs and financial capacity.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of available properties.(of dmci homes)
• Develop strategic plans to support effective property sales and portfolio growth.
• Prepare and present tailored property proposals aligned with client objectives.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate successful transactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Open to all courses.
• A degree holder or at least 2 years in college.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good verbal communication and Interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, team player and with entrepreneurial mindset.
