Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time hybrid role who can operate in Santa Rosa City, Imus, and Alabang with a combination of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Property Consultant will engage prospective buyers, present and explain Alveo Land's property offerings, and guide clients through the full sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves conducting property tours, preparing proposals, answering client questions, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. The Property Consultant will also coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate records of leads and transactions, and stay updated on project details, market trends, and company policies. Regular participation in sales events, open houses, and training sessions is expected to support sales targets and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate property solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional correspondence.
  • Customer service skills focused on building trust, handling inquiries, and supporting clients before and after sales.
  • Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and coordinate on-site and remote tasks.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
