Shift Schedule: Night Shift (8:30PM-5:30AM)

The role
The
Property Claims Analyst (Xactimate) evaluates property damage and prepares accurate repair cost estimates for insurance claims. This desk-based role involves reviewing photos, videos, reports, and supporting documents to determine damage scope, validate repair costs, and support fair claim resolution using estimating tools such as Xactimate.
Your Responsibilities
- Review photos, videos, inspection reports, and claim documents to assess property damage.
- Prepare accurate repair and replacement cost estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools.
- Analyze contractor estimates, invoices, and technical reports to validate repair scope and costs.
- Prepare clear and detailed damage assessment and estimate reports.
- Communicate with adjusters, contractors, and policyholders to resolve discrepancies and gather information.
- Ensure estimates and claim reviews comply with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated on construction practices, building codes, and estimating methodologies.
- Support risk management and quality assurance by maintaining accurate and defensible estimates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. (Licensed CE is an advantage)
- At least 4 years of experience in construction, estimating, or property damage assessment.
- Hands-on experience using Xactimate.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in insurance claims, restoration, or property damage estimation.
