Property & Casualty Insurance Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in Non-Life Insurance and a BPO/Contact Center environment to support a Property & Casualty insurance account.

What We're Looking For

Non-Life Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Auto, Home Insurance)

BPO / Contact Center experience

Background in policy servicing, billing, policy administration, or customer support

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage policy inquiries and customer concerns

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 12 months contact center experience, OR
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 18 months BPO experience
• Experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or related customer support functions is highly preferred
