Who Thrives Here:

• Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions
• Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance
• Experience with Auto Insurance, Property & Casualty, Home Insurance (or other non-life insurance related background)
• Detail-oriented in handling policy servicing and inquiries
• SHS or 2 years in college with at least 3 years of cumulative BPO experience in the insurance brokerage sector
• Willing to work onsite in Mckinley West and on a night shift schedule
