Job Description:
A Property Associate at RedDoorz drives revenue by managing a portfolio of hotel partners in a
scalable way using marketing tools, as well as internal tools provided by the company. They will
focus on two things: resolving case queues in relation to revenue increase and a proactive
approach to ensure that RedDoorz properties are competitive, attractive and relevant to the
company's growing customer base. In doing so, Property Associates will also continuously work
with their hotel partners to help them improve the marketing and distribution potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on RedDoorz's brands and sites
to improve conversion
2. Secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy
customers pressing needs
3. Secure value-adds and promotional offers to support the brands merchandising and
marketing efforts
4. Educate hotel partners on the self service features available on the extranet
5. Support the company's business development efforts through smooth onboarding of new
hotel partners
6. Execute effectively based on metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by
the leadership team
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Experience: Experience in marketing tools and automation is an advantage
2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for partner negotiations
and presentations.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions.
4. Tools: Proficiency in GSuite and CRM systems
5. Languages: Proficiency in English and local market languages is required.
