Conducted regular site inspections to monitor construction and renovation progress and identify potential violations.
Prepared violation notices, memoranda, construction guidelines, and audit findings related to architectural and structural compliance.
Coordinated with contractors, engineers, residents, and lot owners regarding construction concerns, repairs, and project requirements.
Prepared repair estimates and purchase requests, coordinated suppliers and contractors, processed construction bond refunds, and supported facility turnover and maintenance.
