Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field
  • Experience in documentation, liaison, or administrative roles in real estate
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City

Job Responsibilities:

The Documentation and Liaison Officer is responsible for managing buyers accounts documentation and coordinating with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals, compliance, and communication throughout transfer process of golf share or titles.

Documentation

  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain buyers accounts documents, agreements, and records
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of required documentation
  • Track approvals and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate with legal and project teams to support compliance requirements

Liaison & Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external agencies
  • Follow up on approvals, clearances, and official correspondence
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support meetings, inspections, and site visits with relevant authorities
  • Maintain records of communications, submissions, and approvals
