Job Description

We are looking for a Property and Facilities Assistant who will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing projects, and ensuring efficient maintenance of company assets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and cost control experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end project management for facility-related projects
  • Manage leasehold improvements and renovations (layout design, planning, and costing)
  • Oversee facilities management, including repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
  • Manage fleet operations (acquisition, repairs, maintenance, and disposal)
  • Handle procurement of materials, services, and contracts related to facilities and equipment
  • Monitor and control fixed assets and ensure proper documentation
  • Implement cost-effective strategies for operations and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Graduate of: Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering Technology
  • Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Electro-Mechanical or any related technical/management course
  • With proven experience in end-to-end project management
  • Strong background in facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in fixed asset management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
