DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple villages
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades
- Ensure compliance with regulations and HOA design standards
- Enforce community security measures
Staff Coordination:
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Assign tasks to maintain efficiency and service quality
Financial Management & Collection Efficiency:
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Approve expenses and process invoices
- Ensure timely payments and reduce overdue accounts
Resident Relations:
- Serve as the main contact for residents
- Resolve concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction
- Lead meetings and engagement initiatives
Vendor & Service Provider Management:
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers
- Ensure contract compliance and quality standards
- Evaluate and improve vendor performance
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate operational, resident, and vendor records.
Crisis & Emergency Management:
- Respond to emergencies and handle critical issues professionally
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as needed to support operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- With at least four (4) to five (5) years of experience in Property or Village Management, with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to property management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
- Amenable to work atSta. Teresita, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
