Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Lead Manager to support our property acquisition operations. This role focuses on connecting with motivated sellers and potential buyers through outbound and inbound communication, qualifying leads, and identifying viable real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship building, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain detailed records of prospect interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to motivated sellers and potential buyers to generate interest and qualify leads

Manage inbound inquiries and respond promptly to prospect questions

Qualify leads by gathering detailed property information and seller motivation

Update and maintain CRM records with accurate prospect data and interaction notes

Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities forward

Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the business owner

Identify and document property acquisition opportunities that meet business criteria

Track lead pipeline and report on outreach activities and results

Handle objections professionally and maintain positive prospect relationships

Support wholesaling activities by connecting motivated sellers with potential buyers

Mandatory Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - MUST

Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation

Strong phone presence with confidence in making outbound calls

Ability to qualify leads and ask probing questions effectively

Highly organized with attention to detail in record keeping

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup for calling

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate, property acquisition, or wholesaling

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools

Understanding of motivated seller psychology and objection handling

Experience with real estate terminology and property evaluation basics

Track record of meeting call volume and lead generation targets
