Job Summary
The Property Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and connecting with property owners to expand the companys portfolio of properties for leasing, property management, and short-term rental opportunities. The role involves contacting landlords, gathering property information, coordinating property viewings, and maintaining records of potential listings.
Key Responsibilities
Contact property owners and landlords through calls and online platforms
Introduce company services and build relationships with property owners
Identify potential properties for leasing, property management, or short-term rental opportunities
Gather property details and owner information
Schedule and coordinate property viewings
Maintain records of landlord contacts and property details
Update the company database with new property leads
Assist in expanding the companys property portfolio across Metro Manila
Coordinate with the office team regarding new property listings and opportunities
Qualifications
Must be currently residing in Metro Manila
Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or client coordination is an advantage
Confident in speaking with property owners and potential clients
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Professional, trustworthy, and responsible
Comfortable making multiple calls daily to property owners
Able to work in an office-based environment
Can start immediately (April 8)
