Property Accountant (Yardi Voyager)

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant with strong Yardi expertise to lead client engagements, oversee accounting operations, and support the development of a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical accounting proficiency with leadership skills and enjoys working directly with clients. You will review financial deliverables, coach team members, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery while contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
• CPA designation is an advantage
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, including team leadership
• Proven experience in Property Accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
