Property Accountant w/ Yardi Experience - Hybrid

As a Property Accountant with Yardi experience in the Business Solutions department of HC Global, you are expected to lead by example—balancing high-level accounting responsibilities with team oversight, client relationship management, and continuous process improvement. This role is both technical and managerial in nature: you will oversee and review client deliverables, mentor team members, and ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery in line with firm standards and client expectations. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, addressing operational issues, and preparing for a future in firm leadership.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is license preferred but not required;
• At least 4-7 years of experience in accounting, including experience leading or supervising a team;
• Strong hands-on experience in Property Accounting;
• Extensive working knowledge of Yardi is required;
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes;
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms and relevant tools;
• Experience with customized chart of accounts and financial reporting packages;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
