Responsible for overseeing the overall accounting procedures of the Condominium Corporation, preparing financial reports, supervising accounts payable and billing processing, and performing other general accounting functions.
Ensures the reliability, faithful representation, and timeliness of the financial reports.
Explain and provide reasons for the variances in the actual results as compared to the budget
Ensures that VAT Withholding Taxes and BIR tax returns are filed and remitted on time.
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the accounting entries through payment vouchers, debit and credit memos, and journal vouchers (accruals and deferrals)
Ensures the proper reconciliation and classification of balance sheets and income statement accounts
Supervises the processing of billing statements for unit owners and/or tenants and the recording and balancing of unit owners accounts every month
Ensures the correctness of the accounts payable vouchers, and completeness of the accounting documents to provide relevance and reliability of the documents for processing
Prepares annual budget and financial projections
Ensures that accounting policies and procedures for internal control are strictly implemented
Reports financial position and performance in the Board Meeting
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any Accountancy or any Accounting related degree
