Role Description The Property Accountant – Property Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Batangas. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing property-level financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and posting accurate journal entries. The role includes managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, reconciling accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Property Accountant coordinates with property managers and other departments to ensure timely financial reporting, responds to audit inquiries, and supports compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. This team member also helps improve financial processes and provides analysis to support operational and management decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong accounting fundamentals, including Accounting and Finance skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements and perform accurate Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in recording and reviewing Journal Entries (Accounting) within property management ledgers.
• Experience with property management or real estate accounting systems and MS Excel or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Batangas.
