Patent Figure QA & AI Diagram Specialist

Purpose: Ensure all patent figures are accurate, compliant, and production-ready using AI-assisted workflows

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —

• Generate patent figures using AI tools based on technical instructions
• Review and validate AI-generated SVG diagrams for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all figures comply with USPTO patent drawing standards
• Verify reference numerals, labels, figure numbers, and diagram structure
• Confirm readability, directional clarity, and consistency across diagrams
• Inspect and edit SVG files using vector tools such as Inkscape
• Prompt AI tools to correct and refine diagram issues
• Export final figures in compliant formats (PDF or high-resolution TIFF)
• Maintain quality control checklists for each figure
• Track production progress across multiple patent projects
• Meet daily production targets (approximately 8–25 figures depending on complexity)

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with vector graphics or SVG files
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Familiarity with diagram validation or technical illustration review
• Ability to follow structured standards and guidelines precisely
• Experience using AI tools for content generation or editing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with patent drawings or USPTO standards
• Familiarity with tools such as Inkscape or similar vector editing software
• Background in technical illustration, engineering diagrams, or QA workflows
