JOB SUMMARY
The Promotions Officer is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all gaming-related promotions within the casino. This role includes supervising a team of promotions staff, ensuring the effective coordination of various gaming activities, and ensuring the promotion of a positive guest experience. The Promotions Officer will work closely with other departments, suppliers, and partners to deliver successful promotions, maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, and track the performance of each promotion to ensure its success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Promotions Implementation and Execution
- Oversee the successful execution of approved promotions, ensuring smooth coordination between all involved parties (departments, suppliers, partners). Handle logistics, manage manpower, and coordinate resources to ensure a seamless promotion.
Promotion Effectiveness Monitoring and Feedback Collection
- Monitor the success of promotions by tracking participant volume, collecting feedback from customers, and evaluating customer satisfaction levels. Suggest improvements for future campaigns based on this data.
Promotional Material Development and Distribution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to create promotional materials (e.g., flyers, banners, and digital content) within the approved budget, ensuring they are on-brand and effectively communicate promotion details.
Winner Documentation and Prize Distribution
- Collect and manage winner documentation, including photographs for promotional purposes, and ensure that prizes are distributed in accordance with the approved promotional guidelines and mechanics.
Inventory Management and Assistance
- Assist in organizing and managing promotional materials, ensuring that all supplies are well-stocked, maintained, and ready for upcoming events or campaigns.
Promotion Team Supervision and Support
- Provide leadership and support to the promotions team, ensuring smooth communication, assisting with administrative tasks, setting up meetings, and helping with the execution of events. Support staff on the casino floor and resolve any issues to maintain a positive guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality, or promotions industry, with a focus on customer service and event coordination.
- Experience in organizing promotional events, coordinating teams, and interacting with guests is highly preferred.
- Ability to develop and present concept papers for new campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables) is an advantage.
