Marketing Supervisor Position
Job Summary:
- To support the Marketing Lead in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive enrollment and enhance the brand image of the Mapua-ASU program. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop and edit compelling marketing and advertising copy for diverse platforms (social media, web, brochures, PR articles, video scripts, etc.), ensuring adherence to Mapua-ASU brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing strategy. This includes collaborating with graphic artists to produce cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Develop concepts and execute campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation. This includes managing marketing events and projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders (admissions, finance, purchasing, admin) and external partners (media agencies, printers, event venues), and overseeing campaign logistics.
- Marketing Administration & Reporting: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, vendor communication, scheduling, and maintaining organized records of marketing activities. Assist in preparing regular marketing reports and ensure easy access to relevant information. Manage finance-related requests within the approved budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, program goals, and project completion. This includes liaising with external partners (media agencies, printers, event venues) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Editing & Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and proofread all marketing materials (printed and digital) to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
A. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
B. Required Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced industry
- Can work in a diverse environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in social media management
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes
C. Work Experience: Preferably with 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for the position.
