Job Description

  • Engagement Program Implementation
  • Assist rollout of engagement programs
  • Support program calendars and activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade, and partner associations.
  • Trade Promotions & Activations Execution
  • Support planning and execution of store activations, dealer programs, and presentations.
  • Handle logistics, materials, and on-ground requirements.
  • Assist in post-activity reviews and documentation.
  • Brand Compliance & Execution Monitoring
  • Monitor execution of materials against brand guidelines.
  • Conduct store/partner checks and flag non-compliance.
  • Support rollout of updated branding templates.
  • Digital Content Support
  • Capture on-ground content (photos/videos).
  • Coordinate with Creatives for campaign alignment.
  • Support basic content preparation/editing.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Insights
  • Track program performance and engagement.
  • Consolidate reports and prepare quarterly reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Brand & Digital Marketing Officer, Creative team, and Sales/Trade teams.
  • Provide field insights to improve program design.
  • Other Support Tasks
  • Provide support across marketing initiatives as assigned.
