Job Functions
- Support the implementation and execution of engagement programs, including coordinating program
activities, schedules, and collaboration with Sales, Trade, and partner associations to ensure successful
participation and delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of trade promotions and activations, including coordination of logistics,
marketing requirements, dealer programs, and post-activity evaluations to ensure effective execution and
continuous improvement.
- Support brand compliance and execution monitoring by ensuring marketing materials and activations align
with approved brand guidelines, conducting store and partner checks, coordinating corrective actions, and
assisting in the rollout and tracking of branding materials.
- Support digital content initiatives by capturing on-ground activation materials, coordinating with creative
teams, assisting in content preparation and editing, and ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and
branding.
- Support monitoring and reporting activities by tracking program and activation performance, consolidating
execution and engagement reports, and assisting in the preparation of reviews, insights, and improvement
recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Trade teams to support program
execution and provide field insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and program development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience in trade marketing, activations, or retail execution
- Understanding of branding basics and content standards
- Knowledgeable / Skilled in content creation
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of branding and campaign execution
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Skilled in Adobe/Canva specifically in video editing
- Familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and multi-tasking
- Preferably with field work experience
- Experience in trade execution is an advantage
- Basic content capture (photo/video) capability is an advantage
- Preferably with social media marketing experience or someone who can manage such platforms
