Position: Projects and Loan Operations Officer
Office Location: UB Plaza, Pasig
Job Summary: The Projects and Loan Operations Officer provides oversight on two key areas for Loans Services and Trade Services Group (LTSG) - centralized project management and support on day to day operational oversight.
As a Projects Officer, he/she is responsible in coordinating project activities across all of LTSG. This includes support on project planning and execution, communication of project updates and schedules, ensuring activities and deliverables are on track, scheduling meetings and setting agendas, monitoring of project issues, and ensuring implementation of fixes. The Projects Officer also lead and develop strategies for process enhancements / improvements.
Operational Oversight is the area for ensuring that the key metrics are such as SLA and KPIs of the team are kept on track and completed for central reporting to the Strategy and Solutions Team of Core Operations. The function is primarily responsible for providing strategic insights, management information, and financial analysis to the LTSG Head. This includes preparation of various cyclical reports, strategic presentations, business reviews, and other value adding analysis.
Both functions correlate with each other in ensuring that efficiencies and improvements are met and delivered. This position will report to the Credit Operations Risk Control Head.
